On Bluesky, you can

Approve on Bluesky
You sign in on Bluesky's own page and approve the permissions. Ripple never sees your password.
You need
- A Bluesky account: you sign in with your handle, no developer app needed.
- Video posts need a verified email address on the Bluesky account.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and scoped to your organisation. Disconnecting asks Bluesky to revoke access where it supports that.
