Billing questions
How plans, payments and limits work.
Plans are sold and billed through DD Subscriptions, Duo Dev's central billing service, and payments are processed by Razorpay. Purchase links on this page take you there to sign in and check out.
Per workspace. Each Ripple organisation is linked to a DuoDev workspace, and the plan covers the whole organisation. Only the workspace owner can buy or change the plan; other members can see it.
Yes. Every workspace starts on the Free plan at no cost, and returns to it if a paid plan ends. Its limits are listed in the comparison above.
Yes, from Plans & billing in Ripple. An upgrade applies at once and the prorated difference for the rest of the current period is charged straight away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Renewals are retried during a 7-day grace period. After that, paid features become read-only: you can still view and delete things, but not create or change them, until the subscription is paid.
Limits shown "/ month", such as scheduled posts and AI credits, start again at the beginning of each calendar month in your organisation's timezone. Other limits, such as connected accounts and team members, apply at all times.
Prices are shown in . They exclude tax: GST is added at checkout for customers in India, and you receive a GST invoice (add your GSTIN for a B2B invoice).
The workspace owner manages the subscription in DD Subscriptions. For cancellations, refunds or anything about your invoice, contact us and our team will help.
